June 23, 2002 -- Our focus is to solve each of your unique IT needs. By working on a year around contract, we are already there to solve challenges, proactively prevent disasters, and be on top of the changes quickly and efficiently. What makes us unique? We have made our service scalable enough to meet the needs of the very smallest business PC and network user, to the very large.

Our service is based on your needs as a business and how we can compliment the things you are already doing to solve your current IT challenges. We mold our contracted services to provide you the level of service and number of regular stops (for preventive maintenance) based on your unique IT needs. We have found many businesses need some help but don't need a 40 hour a week fulltime specialist. This also only limits the company to that one persons expertise. We have also found some 1 person IT departments that need part time year around help to fill in the gaps and give them a full resource to compliment their expertise.
